Apparently scuba diving isn't just for Russian Dachshunds - oh wait, this chocolate sweetie is in a costume contest! Meet 'Henley,' who hails from Lindenhurst, Illinois. Henley attended Petland's [comment withheld] Dachshund Derby and Costume Contest on Sunday in Round Lake Beach, Illinois.
